Meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and determine how much the August lease payment to the landlord RM Crowe should be. The payment was due no later than August 4, 2009.

George Vaughn recommended that full payment be made for August by HAL-PC. HAL would then have to short pay in September.

Rick Archibald said he believed that we should pay from 40% to 60% of the lease payment to Crowe. Rick then stated that he thought that HAL-PC should pay 40%. Jim Ward recommended that we pay 50%.

John Furby and Annette Story agreed with George that full payment should be made for August.

A motion was made and passed 3 to 2 to send an August payment to RM Crowe for the full amount.
